Breakfast: sauteed kale in avocado oil, scrambled egg, and 2 pieces of sausage. Regular coffee with New Primal Collagen.

Dinner: Paw Dave's (my father-in-law) 70th birthday. We had Ribeye, Side Salad, Sweet Potato, and homemade chocolate cake with homemade chocolate icing. I typically do not indulge by it was worth it to celebrate his birthday.
